    Vignoble

    Les terrains appartenant à Vaona s’étendent sur environ 10 ha, et se distinguent par un excellent ensoleillement.

    Ils sont principalement vallonnés, à une altitude moyenne d’environ 200 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Ce sont des terrains fertiles et idéaux pour la production des vins les plus connus et aimés : AMARONE et RECIOTO de la Valpolicella.

    Les systèmes d’élevage utilisés sont : le traditionnel pergola Véronèse et le système Guyot dans les zones de plaine.  Ce dernier système favorise une faible production de raisins mais avec une plus grande qualité.

    Nous aimons notre terre et nous voulons la conserver au mieux de nos possibilités. Nous avons toujours été soucieux de l’environnement mais, maintenant, nous avons décidé de nous lancer dans un parcours de production biologique.
